With no Tube in Camberwell, the rail route is a Thameslink train from Denmark Hill to Farringdon and then the Elizabeth line to Heathrow.
By car the driver heads to Vauxhall, along the Chelsea Embankment to the Cromwell Road and out on the A4 and M4.

A car does the whole trip door to door in about 50 min, or 80 min when the roads are full, with your bags in the boot.
Out of Camberwell (SE5) the route runs via Vauxhall and the Chelsea Embankment to the Cromwell Road, then the A4 and M4. Coming back from Heathrow the driver follows the M4 and A4, the Cromwell Road and Vauxhall back to SE5. That is about 19 miles: reckon 50 min off-peak and 80 min when Vauxhall and the Cromwell Road is busy.
