By public transport: Train to Liverpool Street, then the Elizabeth line to Farringdon and Thameslink, about 95–115 min. The catch is a change in London with all your luggage. A car does the whole trip door to door in about 60 min, or 90 min when the roads are full, with your bags in the boot.
