Out of Grays (RM16 / RM17 / RM20) the route runs north on the M25 from junction 30 to junction 27, then up the M11. Coming back from Stansted the driver follows the M11 and the M25 back to Grays. That is about 40 miles: reckon 40 min off-peak and 60 min when the M25 at junctions 27 to 29 is busy.
Stansted has one terminal. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board once you have cleared baggage reclaim.
Landing late or early makes no difference: the driver follows the real landing time at Stansted and takes you straight home to Grays.
The M25 at junctions 27 to 29 is where delays usually happen. Early-morning runs are quicker; in rush hour allow the full 60 minutes.
