Out of Southend-on-Sea (SS0 to SS3 / SS9) the route runs west on the A127 to the A130, north past Chelmsford to the A120 and on to the airport. Coming back from Stansted the driver follows the A120, the A130 and the A127 back to Southend. That is about 48 miles: reckon 55 min off-peak and 80 min when the A127 and the A130 is busy.
Stansted has one terminal. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board once you have cleared baggage reclaim.
