Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
On the network it is Old Street (the Northern line) to Kensington (Olympia) (District and the Overground), plus a 2-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that the District service to Olympia is sparse outside event days. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 25 min, or 45 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
The usual line from Old Street is the A501 then the A10, then A4 then A315 Hammersmith Road at the end. That is about 8.4 miles. Reckon 25 min off-peak and 45 min if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.
In Old Street the pavement outside your door is often the one place a car cannot stop. We agree the point in EC1V, EC1Y up front and the driver is on it, not circling.
Olympia Way, off Hammersmith Road by the Grand Hall entrance. Hammersmith Road is a red route at the venue frontage, so set down and pick up happen on Olympia Way or Maclise Road. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.
Address: Hammersmith Road, Kensington, W14 8UX.
Parking at Olympia London is limited and the surrounding streets are metered or permit-only, so self-driving usually costs more in time than the fare saves. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
Doors are usually an hour before the event. Working back, that means leaving Old Street around 45 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
£55 in a saloon, £70 in a 6-seat MPV and £75 in an 8-seater. That is the fixed price, agreed at booking.
Door to door the car is about 25 min off-peak. The rail alternative is Old Street to Kensington (Olympia) plus the walk, which is competitive going out and considerably slower coming back.

A 6-seat MPV is £70 and an 8-seater £75. Bigger parties travel in several vehicles routed together.
The driver waits. We watch venue finish times rather than working to a fixed clock, so a late curtain does not leave you stranded or cost you extra.
No. The fare is fixed when you book. Traffic, tolls and the hour are our problem, not a line on your bill.
Fares are fixed at booking and shown per vehicle. Distances and journey times are approximate and vary with traffic and the exact pickup address. Page reviewed 7 September 2026.
