By rail you would go Romford (the Elizabeth line and London Overground) across to Wembley Park (Metropolitan and Jubilee), then a 12-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Olympic Way is queue-managed after full time and the walk is uphill. The taxi is about 50 min, or 1h 20m when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it.
