On the network it is Shoreditch High Street (the Overground) to Arsenal (the Piccadilly line), plus a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Arsenal station is exit-only for a spell after full time. The taxi is about 15 min, or 30 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
From the EC2A, E1, N1 streets the route runs via the A10 then the A1202, finishing on A1 Holloway Road, then Drayton Park. That is about 4.2 miles. Reckon 15 min off-peak and 30 min if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.
Pickups in Shoreditch land inside the Congestion Charge zone, which is already in the price - and on EC2A, E1, N1 the driver will name a legal stopping point rather than idle on a red route.
Drayton Park or the Hornsey Road side; Queensland Road and Hornsey Road fill quickly after full time. Islington runs a matchday parking and road-closure zone around the ground, so the pickup point sits a few streets out on Hornsey Road. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Emirates Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
Doors are usually an hour before the match. Working back, that means leaving Shoreditch around 30 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
