Out of Southall (UB1 / UB2) the route runs up the A312 to the A40, then east along the North Circular to the M11. Coming back from Stansted the driver follows the M11, the North Circular and the A40 back to Southall. That is about 45 miles: reckon 60 min off-peak and 95 min when Hanger Lane and the North Circular is busy.
