By rail you would go Twickenham (South Western Railway) across to Kew Bridge (National Rail), then a 8-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that it drops to a half-hourly service off-peak. Door to door by road is about 20 min, or 35 min when the roads are full, with no changes, no stairs and no queue at the barrier. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Gtech Community Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
