By rail you would go Twickenham (South Western Railway) across to Kempton Park (National Rail), then a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that the station opens for racedays only. Driving yourself to Kempton Park Racecourse means joining the same single-file exit as everyone else, and the car parks empty in one slow wave rather than continuously. A drop-off and a booked return sidesteps it entirely.
