By rail you would go Twickenham (South Western Railway) across to Custom House (Elizabeth line and the DLR), then a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that it is fine with one bag and awkward if you are carrying exhibition kit. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 50 min, or 1h 20m when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. Two people with hand luggage should take the train.
