Out of Watford (WD17 to WD19 / WD24 / WD25) the route runs onto the M25 at junction 19 and south to junction 14. Coming back from Heathrow the driver follows the M25 back to junction 19 and Watford. That is about 20 miles: reckon 25 min off-peak and 40 min when the M25 between the M40 and the M4 is busy.
