By rail you would go Woolwich (the Elizabeth line, DLR and Southeastern) across to Watford Junction (London Overground and National Rail), then a connecting bus at the far end. The catch is that the shuttle bus from the station only runs to tour times, so one missed connection is a missed slot. The taxi is about 1h, or 1h 30m when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.
Out of Woolwich (SE18) the driver picks up the A205 then the A206, joining M1 J6 or M25 J21a, then A4008 and Studio Tour Drive for the run-in. About 32.5 miles in all - 1h when it flows, 1h 30m when it does not.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London has its own car park, but it fills from mid-morning in school holidays and at weekends, and the approach road backs up before the barrier does. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
