Out of East Ham (E6) the route runs south through Beckton and along the Royal Docks to the airport. Coming back from London City the driver follows the Royal Docks and Beckton back to E6. That is about 3 miles: reckon 10 min off-peak and 20 min when the Beckton roundabouts is busy.
