Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
The public-transport version starts at Putney (South Western Railway, with East Putney on the District line) and finishes at Southfields (the District line), with a 15-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Southfields is queue-managed throughout The Championships. The taxi is about 15 min, or 25 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
Out of Putney (SW15) the driver picks up the A3 then the A219 then the A205, joining A3 then A219 Parkside for the run-in. About 3.4 miles in all - 15 min when it flows, 25 min when it does not.
Any address across Putney works, SW15 included, at whatever hour the South West London traffic is doing its worst.
Somerset Road or Burghley Road; Church Road itself is closed to traffic during The Championships. Church Road and Somerset Road operate a controlled zone through the fortnight, so drivers meet at the agreed gate rather than the main entrance. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.

Parking at The Championships, Wimbledon is limited and the surrounding streets are metered or permit-only, so self-driving usually costs more in time than the fare saves. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
Doors are usually an hour before the day at the tennis. Working back, that means leaving Putney around 25 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
