Out of Charing Cross (WC2N) the route runs over Westminster Bridge and through Kennington, Brixton and Streatham to the A23 and M23. Coming back from Gatwick the driver follows the M23 and A23 north through Streatham and Brixton, then Westminster Bridge back to the Strand. That is about 28 miles: reckon 70 min off-peak and 100 min when Kennington and Brixton is busy.
