By rail you would go Finchley Central (the Northern line) across to North Greenwich (the Jubilee line), then a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that the Jubilee platforms are a crush for 40 minutes after a show empties. Door to door by road is about 35 min, or 1h 05m when the roads are full, with no changes, no stairs and no queue at the barrier. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
Out of Finchley (N2, N3, N12) the driver picks up the A1 then the A406 then the A598, joining A102 Blackwall Tunnel Approach, then Millennium Way for the run-in. That is about 14.9 miles. Reckon 35 min off-peak and 1h 05m if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.

A drop-off and a booked return sidesteps it entirely.
