Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
On the network it is Uxbridge (the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) to Windsor & Eton Riverside (National Rail), plus a connecting bus at the far end. The catch is that the park shuttle queues hard at opening, which is exactly when you want to be inside. The taxi is about 30 min, or 35 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
Out of Uxbridge (UB8, UB9, UB10) the driver picks up the A40 then the A4020 then the A408, joining M4 J6 or M3 J3, then B3022 Winkfield Road for the run-in. Roughly 12.6 miles, and the timing swings with the hour rather than the route: 30 min clear, 35 min loaded.
Uxbridge pickups take in all of UB8, UB9, UB10. Controlled parking zones and one-way systems are the driver's problem to solve, not yours.

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort has its own car park, but it fills from mid-morning in school holidays and at weekends, and the approach road backs up before the barrier does. A drop-off and a booked return sidesteps it entirely.
Entry is timed, so we work backwards from your slot: 35 min for the drive from Uxbridge plus a margin for the approach road, which is the part that actually runs late.
