On the network it is Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly) to North Greenwich (the Jubilee line), plus a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that the Jubilee platforms are a crush for 40 minutes after a show empties. Door to door by road is about 25 min, or 45 min when the roads are full, with no changes, no stairs and no queue at the barrier. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.
Out of Piccadilly (W1J, W1B) the driver picks up the A4 then the A302, joining A102 Blackwall Tunnel Approach, then Millennium Way for the run-in. About 8.8 miles in all - 25 min when it flows, 45 min when it does not.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: The O2 Arena sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
