The driver takes the A12 north to the North Circular, heads west to the M1 and follows it to junction 10. It is the longest regular airport run from E14 after Gatwick.

Out of Canary Wharf (E14) the route runs west on the A12 and North Circular, then the M1. Coming back from Luton the driver follows the M1 and A406, then the A12 back to Canary Wharf. That is about 40 miles: reckon 60 min off-peak and 90 min when the A406 across North London is busy.
